Four Step Design Process
Step 1. Initial Meeting. You meet our designer. At this initial meeting we listen to your desires, needs and goals. We discuss options, suitability and materials, and provide a rough estimate of costs. We offer suggestions on materials and design. We look at financing options and review which programs best fit your needs.
Step 2. Design. During the actual designing of your project clarity is established with agreed upon drawings being developed, selections being made and final pricing developed. A lot of constructive dialogue occurs between you and our designer at this stage. The whole purpose of this time period is to establish total clarity between you the customer and our designer. This work automatically creates a great plan for execution of your project.
Step 3. Pre-inspection. This is a meeting with you, our designer and a Trades Unlimited superintendent. The purpose of this meeting is to have another set of eyes look at the project to ensure that no code violation items were missed, accurate measurements were taken, etc.
Step 4. Pre-Job Conference. This meeting is with you (our customer) and the Trades Unlimited superintendent along with the job foreman shortly before work begins. This meeting is to get the job foreman who will be the one performing the work also clear on what how your job is to be completed. The whole object of this 4 step design process is to establish CLARITY.
