Roofing: Repair or Replace?

This question comes up all the time and this is the Trades Unlimited approach to all roofing projects in the Phoenix area.

Almost all roofs are repairable. The decision to repair or replace depends upon these basic factors:

• Age of roof

• Condition of roof

• Whether the leaking area or areas are isolated or wide spread

• Your current financial status. By this we do NOT mean that you should get a new roof just because you can pay for it.

If your overall roof condition is ok and the critical areas need attention to stop some leaks, sometimes stopping the leaks and doing general maintenance to the roof is the wisest choice for your dollars. Ask about TRMP (Trades Roof Maintenance Program). If we put your roof under the TRMP program, we will perform needed repairs and issue a no-leak warranty on the entire roof!
