I wanted to tell you how impressed I was with the professionalism of the employees – courteous, personable, skilled & experienced.  The entire staff at Trades Unlimited made this job a success (ie. Warren, Paul, (I felt like I was on This Old House with Warren & Paul) Brady (excellent production manager!), Alex & the stucco crew and those I did not meet (ie. roofing crew, office staff, etc.).  Communication was excellent down to the smallest detail (ie. leaving the gate latched & the yard/debris cleaned at the end of each & every work day).  They did an excellent job on the demolition/window install & final detail completion list.  They did timely work & made sure everything was done on my final punch list.  George did an excellent job hanging the new French door in my kitchen – very professional & superb quality.  the door is completely balanced – no matter where you leave the door open!

This letter is very overdue, but remains just as sincere. Randy and I wanted to thank Trades Unlimited for the experience we had with our kitchen and bath remodel. We knew Trades from earlier repair work on our roof and decided to check back with you for our next project.

From the first phone call, when I talked with Susan in the office, I thought we'd found the company for us. We enjoyed meeting you and drawing up plans in our home. I felt that you really listened to what our hopes were for the work and you understood the situation we found ourselves in with Randy's job.

Brady was very easy to work with. He always communicated and if we did have a problem (the infamous pantry door, nicks in the bath granite) he was right on top of getting it solved. He was willing to listen to my questions and get information when we had other design ideas – midstream. (The bath vanity…)

We were very happy with Steve and Aaron Johnson also! We were very comfortable having them work in our home. Both Steve and Aaron are easy to work with and do beautiful work. Steve was never bothered by my phone calls when I needed to contact him for one thing or another. And Aaron always left the work area absolutely spotless when they were done for the day. Communication was great; Steve always called in advance if schedules required adjustment.

We are still a "work in progress" staining baseboard and painting between work, homework assignments, basketball games and trampoline meets but we are making progress.

Thanks again, Warren. It makes such a difference in a remodeling project when you feel comfortable with everyone in the company you're working with – from start to finish!

Just a note to tell you how beautiful the remodeled bathroom is. There were a number of problems that turned up. One requiring the tearing out of a chunk of bedroom wall because of a leak behind the shower head.

But your advertising said you didn't do shabby work like so many in your business try to get away with. So Brady showed up, checked out the problem and sent over Roman and his assistant who did their magic. That included shampooing a portion of the bedroom rug that got wet and repainting the place they had to cut through!

Finally – it's beautiful. We love it. And we thank all of you at Trades Unlimited for making good on your promise.

WE LOVE IT! Our new master bathroom and mudroom turned out so much better than we ever imagined, thanks to three highly talented, skilled and conscientious young men. It truly was a pleasure working with Steve Johnson, Aaron Johnson and Brady Kumpula. Not only are they geniuses at their trade; they are always upbeat, cooperative and delightful to have around.

YAY! MY KITCHEN IS DONE!!! I couldn't be happier with the results. Working with Chris, Brady and George was a wonderful experience and I so appreciate how much their knowledge and special talents contributed to the success of this remodel.
