Roof repair and roof replacement company serving Phoenix, AZ

Phoenix, AZ is known to be one of the sunniest and hottest cities in the U.S., but monsoon weather can bring precipitation, flash floods, hail, destructive winds, and dust storms during summer months. That's why it's essential for homeowners in the Phoenix area to be prepared with roofing systems that can withstand heat, rain, and anything else the weather might bring. As your local roofing contractor since 1998, Trades Unlimited specializes in roof leak detection and waterproofing solutions that will provide permanent protection for your home or commercial property. We received the Arizona Residential Roofing Contractor of the Year Award from GAF in recognition of our excellent track record of customer satisfaction, and we pride ourselves on maintaining an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.

When it comes to your home's exterior, we will take the entire building envelope into consideration when locating the source of a problem. Your roof, walls, and windows should all be working together as a carefully constructed system to keep your home safe from the outside elements, so if one aspect of that system is faulty then the rest could have issues as well. By considering your home exterior as a whole, the roofing experts at Trades Unlimited are able to locate the source of roof leaks that other companies overlook. Our roofing services in Phoenix, AZ include:

  • Hail damage repair
  • Roof leak repair
  • Ridge vents and ventilation
  • Wood rot repair
  • Roof replacement
  • Commercial roofing

Along with our roof repair and maintenance services, we also offer beautiful and durable replacement roofs and new roof installations. Choose from roofing materials such as asphalt shingles, spray polyurethane foam roofing, clay/concrete tiles, composite roofing, wood shingles/shakes, and more!

Had a brand new roof put on about 6 months ago when we moved into our new house. After the storm Monday night I noticed a leak coming through the ceiling where the A/C unit is. I have tried contacting the previous roofer because it is under warranty for 5 years, but no one is contacting me back. I put a tarp around the area I think the leak is coming from and am not having any more water come through the ceiling.

Roll roofing was installed over a patio, utility room - the storm took off the drip edge - and the rolled roofing rolled back - currently a puddle in the one corner. Some of the wood - at the edge - appears rotten. This section of the roof was done sometime in the 2000's - had all new wood put down.
